Who we are?
We Shree N N Mehta Memorial Educational Trust (c/o: Mr. Umesh Joshi & Other Trust Members) are running this organization as a part of memory for Shree N N Mehta who was a teacher in mahuva and lately a principal. You can read his Biography on our website. We provide scholarships for students.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
- Comments: No system for comments are active on our website currently.
- Media: We’ve no media which relates to any person or place containing location data. Images we’ve uploaded are only a part of website styling which has been downloaded from a FREEWARE graphics website and some are downloaded form Google Images. Icon’s are all self-created and is not purchased.
- Contact Form: We’ve an advanced contact form in order to let user’s contact us for any inquiries. Our contact form contains Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Company’s Name & Address, Skype ID and Message fields. We also have other form which is designed for a personal use and is limited to be filled by only members who have made some donation and is granted and asked for their information by Shree N N Mehta Team.
- Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

- Analytics: We’re using Google Analytics to track page visits, visitor country, state, browser, device etc to improve website load time and user browsing experience only. We use Google Analytics Standard Version which is available by Google without any charges.
Who we share your data with?
We do not share your data with any 3rd party organizations, industry, company or person. Please note that your data is shared with Mailchimp only as we’re using Mailchimp as our marketing platform. We’re not responsible for data loss or leaks from Mailchimp in any case. You can always unsubscribe if you don’t wish to receive emails.
How long we retain your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data?
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Mailchimp is our marketing partner and thus your data is directly stored on their servers. Apart from these if you’re filled up the form to open any account than some of the data will be shared with the bank with your reference and will only be used to account operations.
How we protect your data?
Your data is safe with us as we’re using the data for marketing purpose of Shree N N Mehta Memorial Educational Trust only. We do not sell or let other users know what information you’ve shared with us in any manner.
How we notify our users on update in our Privacy Policy?
We may update our Policy at anytime to improve our understanding of collection of personal data. Also note that whenever we update any of our terms in Privacy Policy, we’ll send an email update to our users. The user will be responsible to read the update policy. We’ll keep track of weather the user has read the Policy Update via Button Click Action which sates that the user has clicked and visited the page.
How we sent emails to our user’s?
We will send emails to our users on their requested or registered email address which they’ve provided to us. If any user is not monitoring his provided email or is not taking it in regular interaction, we may ask them the reason to either updating their email address in any case or may also let them know to check our emails regularly.
How we notify our users to protect against JUNK or SPAM emails?
We’ve already added a notification line in all our emails for customer’s to add our email address into their Contact List to avoid emails going into JUNK or SPAM folders.
How we use your Personal Data for Social Media Marketing?
We may use your email address or name to find you on any of our social media. Please note that we do not share any other information rather than you name or email with any third party companies for marketing or any other purpose. We do not have control over how social media platforms may use your or even our data for their improvements.
What is our marketing content?
Our marketing content is based on spreading awarness for education purpose and let students who want to study can get scholarships form our side.
